Phase 1 of the Ohio Cat Headquarters expansion provided the company with an additional 6,500 SF for a corporate Technical Training Department, a Condition Monitoring and Central Dispatch Center as well as added office space. With 22,000 SF of renovation space and 34,000 SF of expansion space, Phase 2 will provide the company an increase in office spaces and meeting areas. These additions will showcase a new Leadership and Professional Development Training Center, a new Equipment Division, as well as a sales and rental showroom. This project was designed to double employee work areas with ample room for increased future employment needs.
