This new refrigerated warehouse on Opportunity Corridor includes 130,000 SF of freezer space, 16 new docks, and trailer parking. This space will specialize in helping national manufacturers and distributors of food products. The project has been described as the “linchpin” to economic development along Opportunity Corridor.
