VMI’s crews and construction techniques have been specifically tailored to quickly and efficiently build high-quality concrete flatwork for large industrial and warehouse facilities. Our expertise extends to all floors, from dry shake manufacturing floors to Fmin and superflats for VNA (Very Narrow Aisle), wire guidance systems, and heavy forklift traffic. Our staff can help with floor design, whether it is going with extended joints or no joints at all.

Let our team of highly-trained field engineers handle all layout tasks. VMI’s expertise can handle any foundations, from wall and spread footings for a manufacturing facility or warehouse to mass mat slabs, retaining wall foundations, and underpinning pits for a structural concrete building. We have our own line of excavators, loaders, and dump trucks to handle all excavation and hauling needs.

VMI is prepared for all structural concrete elements, whether it is cast-in-place walls, mat footings, pits, columns, piers, framed slabs or PT decks. VMI understands schedule is critical and has the manpower and equipment to get your job done within schedule. Our experienced staff can help with design assist to get your project under budget and we have specialized formwork to handle any situation.

Site Paving

VMI is a leader in site paving. With our full line of dozers, rollers, laser screeds, and robotic total stations, we are equipped to pour anything from 500 square feet of decorative sidewalk to a half million square feet of concrete paving. Our expertise with robotic 3D stone grading/3D laser screeding and exceptional engineering department sets us apart.

Tilt-Up Construction

Whether it is a 50,000 square foot office building or a half million square foot distribution center, VMI is equipped to install all site-cast tilt panels. Our services include design-build, in-house preconstruction planning, and self-performed tilt-up panels.

Telebelt & Laser Screed Rental Services

VMI can fully supply your concrete screeding and telebelting needs. With a Putzmeister TB 110 telebelt that can reach up to 106 feet, we can convey stone or concrete with precision. Our dedicated, safety-conscience operating staff and field mechanics will ensure minimum costs and maximum quality service.

Ground-Thaw Rental

VMI has a full line of ground-thaw units ready for winter. Frozen ground at a jobsite can result in costly delays that can put a construction project well behind schedule. A ground heater rental will provide the quick thawing action you need to keep the work moving forward. We feature a wide selection of high-quality ground thaw rental equipment at competitive rates with reliable service.
