VMI has a team of highly-trained field engineers to handle all layout tasks. Each field engineer is equipped with a robotic total station to make sure all structural elements, anchor bolts, and embeds are placed with precision. All anchor bolts and excavation trenches are double-checked before and after concrete placement to ensure quality. We are driven to meet tight schedules and know the foundations are a critical path item to getting a good start to the project as well as setting the tone for the other trades.
