General Description:
The Project Coordinator will act as a liaison between internal and external project team members. This position will collaborate closely with our Project Management, Operations, AP, and Payroll teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain project records throughout the course of construction
- Manage document control, plan distribution, and project binders
- Process RFIs and submittals and distribute project documents
- Invoice entry, organization, and coding
- Organize and maintain cost control logs for projects, timesheets, daily schedule, material tickets, corporate card receipts, and additional office documentation
- Initiate and follow up with the OUPS (Ohio Utilities Protection Services) process
- Ensure all timesheets are complete
- Assemble project closeout packages (as-builts, O&M manuals, warranties)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or relevant work experience
- Ability to prioritize, work independently, and multitask to meet deadlines
- Desire to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, inclusive work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1–3 years of construction office experience preferred
- Current valid driver’s license and pre-employment drug screen
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; Procore experience a plus
