I have been in construction for the majority of my life and it is not very often you find a company that isn’t just business oriented but is family oriented as well. VMI values the employees as much as we value the company and the results of that show in the work and the energy here.

I started as a laborer new to construction. I can now read blueprints, run a total station, and check floors for FF and FL. If you show you want to learn, the opportunities are there for the taking! The leadership has improved greatly and continues to grow.

Honestly, I love my job. It is challenging and I never get bored. And on top of that, I am lucky to get to work with a bunch of people that I truly like and want to be around. Out of everywhere I have worked, this job is my favorite because of the people that I get to work with.
